1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gk22 platform and all its services. By accessing the gk22 website, creating an account, or using any service, the user automatically agrees to comply with these Terms. If any part of these Terms is not acceptable, you are requested not to use the service.

Alongside these Terms, gk22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply equally. Together, these three documents form the complete legal framework governing the relationship between gk22 and its users.

These Terms are prepared for users in Bangladesh. gk22 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time it deems necessary. Continued use of the service after any changes take effect will be understood as the user's acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Membership and Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on gk22, the following conditions must be met:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must hold a valid national identity card or any other government-recognised identification document.
• Must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• A single individual may operate only one account.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gk22 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. If the required documents are not submitted, or if false information is found to have been provided, gk22 has the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.

2.3 Registration Restrictions

Account creation is not permitted in the following cases:

• If the applicant is a minor or provides false age information.
• If registering on behalf of or in the name of another person.
• If opening a new account to replace a previously closed one.
• If a voluntary self-exclusion is currently active.

3 Account Security and Personal Responsibility

The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Login credentials — username and password — must never be shared with any third party.

• The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out under their account.
• If unauthorised access is suspected, gk22's support team must be notified immediately via live chat or email.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on gk22 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank.

4.3 Payment Rules

• Withdrawals are preferably processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• gk22 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any unusual transactions.
• To withdraw funds linked to a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on gk22 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000 — giving a total balance of ৳2,000 — and to make the bonus withdrawable, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Regular Promotions

• gk22 Weekly Reload Gift — 30% bonus once per week on any deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳100.
• gk22 Slot Festival Bonus — 50% bonus on slot game deposits every Monday, up to ৳12,000, wagering 20x.
• gk22 Cricket Deposit Reward — 40% bonus on deposits for cricket betting every Thursday, up to ৳10,000, wagering 15x.
• gk22 Birthday Special Reward — Verified account holders can receive a reward of up to ৳2,000 once a year on their birthday, wagering 10x.
• gk22 Refer a Friend Bonus — Reward of up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral, wagering 12x.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never direct cash — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress, unless gk22 provides separate instructions.
• gk22 may change or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is suspected, gk22 has the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

gk22 offers games across various categories including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti, as well as sports betting services covering cricket, football, and more. The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) or through a live dealer format.

• If the internet connection is lost during a game round, the result can be verified once the session is restored.
• Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be voided and the amount may be deducted from the account.
• gk22 is not responsible for any losses resulting from software or communication errors.

6.2 Sports Betting

The same deposit, withdrawal, and bonus rules that apply to casino games also apply to sports betting. Odds displayed at the time of betting may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

6.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

7 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited. If a violation is proven, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or another person's identity documents.
• Placing artificial bets or colluding with others to obtain bonuses.
• Deliberately exploiting a game error or software bug and failing to notify gk22 immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access or hacking into gk22's systems.
• Attempting to gain an advantage using third-party software or bots.
• Harassing or deceiving other users or gk22 staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by gk22

gk22 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
• A serious security risk arising in relation to the account.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may request account closure at any time via gk22's 24/7 live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals or active bonuses must be settled before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or financial activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts, but the balance will not fall below zero.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The gk22 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. gk22 will not bear any legal liability in the following cases:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection, device, or software issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access where the user has not followed proper security practices.
• Service unavailability due to unexpected technical errors or scheduled maintenance.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming or betting — these are the user's own decision and risk.

gk22 is committed to maintaining the highest service standards, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in the event of technical obstacles or unforeseen circumstances.

10 Changes to Terms, Dispute Resolution and Contact

10.1 Changes to Terms

gk22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the website before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between gk22 and the user. No oral or written promise outside of this is part of the agreement, unless gk22 formally incorporates it into this document.
